Maya Sari is the signature restaurant, with indoor dining and alfresco service on the terrace. It adapts seamlessly and with a fresh persona, from breakfast through to dinner. The sumptuous sunrise buffet is enhanced with classic Balinese misty mornings as viewed toward the river valley. Dinner evokes a touch of casual elegance with international and local favorites from the ala carte menu. The wine list is compiled from the old and new worlds, with many other accompanying beverages.
