Maya Sari Restaurant

Maya Sari is the signature restaurant, with indoor dining and alfresco service on the terrace. It adapts seamlessly and with a fresh persona, from breakfast through to dinner.

The sumptuous sunrise buffet is enhanced with classic Balinese misty mornings as viewed toward the river valley. Dinner evokes a touch of casual elegance with international and local favorites from the ala carte menu. The wine list is compiled from the old and new worlds, with many other accompanying beverages.

Imagine a canopy of stars, a warm tropical breeze and gently swaying palms as the setting for an evening of quiet seclusion on our upper pool deck, high above the river valley and enjoying an intimate romance at Maya for two with private butler service.


An exotic six courses menu is served, along with two glasses of sparkling wine for two persons.
